CSR fundamental concept and policy

Yodogawa Hu-Tech Group has supported a good life under our company motto “Something New” through human-friendly technologies since its founding, while continually contributing to any industrial field. With “Something New”, we are further and positively promoting healthy and lasting growth. To achieve it, we believe further development of CSR activities are increasingly essential.

Needless to say, first priority is to provide high-quality products at any time. In addition to that, we are aiming to produce more valuable products based on ISO9001 as well as creating “Something New”. In addition, to respond to BCP (Business Continual Plan), our products are manufactured at more than one plant including overseas, which may stable supply of products. Regarding environmental aspect, Yodogawa is trying various efforts to achieve environmental burdens reduction in accordance with ISO14001. Another positive effort is to create environment-related business. The typical example is the automotive lithium battery development for HV, PHV and EV. Yodogawa was awarded “The Driving Company for the regional future” by METI in 2017 by our positive contribution to the local community through industrial filed and educational circle. Our effort to lead the growth of local economy will be unchanged. In addition, our employees are aiming at more economy efficient and active work encouraged by the up skilling program under company support and “Work Style Reforms” proposed by METI. Under engagement with “Diversity”, recruiting foreign employees is positively adopted.

Yodogawa will be working toward the trust relationship with customers and local society, while sincerely promoting CSR activities through our company creed “Something New”.
