Policy of R＆D・Production Technology
Yodogawa Hu-tech expanded the area of business based on our corporate philosophy, “Something New” with industrial developments in Japan. We started forming and molding about fluororesin, manufactured individual components, secured facilities and extended leading-edge fields such as the LCD and the semiconductor. More than anything, the customer service and technologies are most important to solve the customer issues ,in particular emphasis on speed. We continuously keep innovation to ensure high quality customer satisfaction by improving core technologies and strength.
Production System
We will listen carefully to the issues and demands that we have come out of our daily sales activities with our customers and work to improve productivity and quality. For areas and product development that require a new approach, the Production and Sales Strategy Council will decide on the policy, and a business strategist will be appointed from among the members of the Production Division to start the design and development process. The Technology Development Committee regularly confirms progress, verifies results throughout the year, and then moves through the cycle while making improvements. In some cases, the engineering section of each factory is responsible for the design and development process, and in other cases, the technology development department of the Production Headquarters cooperates with each other to play a complex role as the Yodogawa Group. At any rate, we have put in place a system that enables the Group to respond consistently to issues and demands.
R＆D・Production bases
Shiga Factory
In Shiga Factory, we produce substrates cassettes to manufacture the LCD and the semiconductor-related product and perform the injection molding and the rotational molding in clean room. In Chiba Factory, we produce TG cloth, PTFE film, PTFE rectangular baths and coat in width TG cloth based mainly the PTFE large-scale molded products that have become possible to produce by introducing a special large equipment. We promote production activities and pursue research activities in collaboration with three different features factories (Osaka, Kumamoto, Atsugi) as mainly these factories between East and West.
