Panels are conveyed through rotating polishing tapes both sides cleaned at once. Minimal damage is concerned as polishing tapes are pressed onto the panel only with pressure of fluid. Effectively eliminating foreign particles using slit nozzle which also shorten cycle time. Boosting yield is possible by inlining polarizer attachment machine.
