Compression molding process

A molding method about billet that sheets,rod, pipes and skive. This method is to enter materials into die,burning spare parts by pressing and arbitrary shapes.

Extrusion method (Ram/ Paste /Melted extrusion)

●Ram extrusion
It’s one of the compression molding and can be performed filling a mixed powder, compression, calcination and cooling continuously in a cylinder.

●Paste extrusion
Pre-moled prod are added a extrusion aid in powders can be continuously molded into tubes for using as forming a PTFE tubing.

●Melted extrusion
This extrusion method is to form tubes melting of the pellets and using screw. It’s useful as forming a PFA,FEP tubing.

skive processing

This technology is to process into film and sheet the material that can be compression-molded.
